Menarik memang memperhatikan gerak gerik dan tingkah laku bintang bintang tenis dunia. tapi ada yang menarik dari salah satu bintang tenis dunia akan ekspresi di lapangan, Marat Safin. Nama ini pastinya sudah gak asing lagi bagi pecinta tenis lapangan dunia. tapi ada satu hal yang menarik dilihat dari kelakuannya di lapangan, Emosional. Ya, sering kali dia membantingkan raketnya hingga rusak dan menggantinya dengan yang baru, sehingga dia pun harus selalu menyetok banyak raket ketika bertanding. seperti yang terlihat di video ini :

Daun pare buat ngusir jerawat membandel

Jerawat (bahasa Inggris: acne) adalah kondisi abnormal kulit akibat gangguan berlebihan produksi kelenjar minyak (sebaceous gland) yang menyebabkan penyumbatan saluran folikel rambut dan pori-pori kulit. Daerah yang mudah terkena jerawat ialah di muka, dada, punggung dan tubuh bagian atas lengan.

Jerawat digolongkan ringan bila bentuknya masih komedo dengan jumlah lesi kurang dari 30. Apabila jumlah lesi berkisar antara 30-125 maka dinamakan jerawat sedang (papule). Jerawat besar yang disebut nodul atau kista timbul bila lesi di atas 125.( wikipedia ).

Nah disini saya punya tips bagus buat ngilangin jerawat, khususnya jerawat yang besar ( nodul ) atau yang biasa juga disebut jerawat batu, caranya dengan DAUN PARE.

Saya dapet oleh-oleh dari salah satu teman saya ketika main ke kalsel, katanya daun pare yang dikombinasikan dengan bedak dingin bagus untuk ngusir jerawat. Orang-orang dikalimantan jika bepergian selalu menggunakan bedak dingin di wajah mereka, selain untuk ngusir jerawat juga untuk menghindari kontak langsung dengan sinar ultraviolet karena disana udaranya terkenal sangat panas.

Apa itu bedak dingin, sejenis bedak yang katanya terbuat dari tepung beras atau apa saya lupa. Berhubung dijakarta sulit menemukan bedak sejenis, saya mencoba dengan bedak bayi.

Cara ngolahnya sangan gampang, cukup dengan mencampur daun pare yang sebelumnya sudah dicuci dan dihaluskan dengan bedak bayi & di beri air hangat sedikit secukupnya. Lalu maskerkan olahan tadi ke wajah, lebih baik menyeluruh wajah.

Ini dilakukan malam sebelum tidur, hasilnya ??? it's work.
jerawat batu yang tadinya sulit hilang walau sudah dipencet & dikeluarkan darah kotornya langsung kempes dan kering. padahal saya lakukan cuma semalam.

Tapi kembali kekita sendiri untuk tetap merawat muka dengan baik sehingga keesokan harinya jerawat tidak kembali hinggap.

NB : Saya tidak bertanggung jawab jika ada efek samping, atau tidak cocok dengan tekstur kulit wajah yang tidak sama. Tapi buat saya pribadi ini bekerja sangat baik.

Final Destination 4 (2009)

On what should have been a fun-filled day at the races, Nick O'Bannon has a horrific premonition in which a bizarre sequence of events causes multiple race cars to crash, sending flaming debris into the stands, brutally killing his friends and causing the upper deck of the stands to collapse on him.
